Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

It's Thursday. Today's challenge is to get those 2 healthy oils!!

Good morning. My first meal out of 6 has ben eaten and exercise has begun wth WATP and treadmill. Fait in simply filling is points why I do not add it. My vitamin gummy 2 is one point I get in simply filling. I aim for 3 real miles and 10,000 points. I t takes 60 minutes for 2 Wapt miles and 1 mile on treadmill. The treadmill is 30 minutes for 1 mile. i have more energy now with what I am eating to do the exercise.

I added pumpkin back so pumpkin and peas. Thus the higher calories

Amy, glad you can eat tuna again! I would be very bummed if I couldn't have tuna!
I made it to the gym last night for 1 mile on the TM (about 20 minutes), 10 minutes on the elliptical and then a spinning class. Tonight I'll be aiming for a repeat except I'll also lift weights. Day 4 on low carb diet, starting to feel a little better. Those first 3 days or so of low carb are really tough for me! 3 down, 12 to go! Then I'll add in a little fruit. I haven't weighed myself yet and won't until saturday because I know me, if I don't see a huge loss I'll give up (too soon)!

Although supposedly I should lose 7 or 8 pounds the first week, I never have the same results others have. I would really hope to break the 175 plateau this week and then the 170 plateau next week. We'll see! I'll be the guinea pig for us all! Except you all would probably lose more, my body does NOT like to let the fat go!

No Deb I do not lose fast but that is perfectly fine with me. Downwards is what I want a maintain is ok too. I would rather eatbsimply filling which is more calories but very nutritious

Amy, that's the smart way to lose. I'm kinda in a hurry because I want to be able to wear some of my favorite summery clothes when I go to the beach in June. Plus I want to start running again but won't risk it until I'm at least in the low 150's (just 25 pounds to lose, give or take (ouch!!). And I reeeeeeeallly miss running! It's how I de-stress!

Deb my dream is to lose 36 lbs in 36 weeks which is a high g9oal for me. I hope I lose Saturday at WW. each meal 6 times 2 oz tuna 1/.2 cup frozen peas asnd1/2 cup pumpkin 1/2 cup fiber one original smoothie from ww i have 6 meals of this a day. Ive done simply filling before and always lost.So I will see. I called off working st thee polls Tuesday 6 to 130 with all that junk food there and hardly any breaks. so I have a dentist apt after that and would have been famished. 1 meal in a couple of hours left. i got some tops for summer and spring that fit My pants I lose there first. But I have enough. at each size down. I got tunics all red for me. 5 shiotsleeve and 5 3/4.sleeves allred.
