What time do you do your classical stretch session? Sometime in the morning. It depends. It's not like I have a pressing schedule. I have some DVDs and many recorded episodes on the DVR. I daily do some stretches in bed and some others in the morning and a few more before bed time, which have mostly been taken from Classical Stretch. And in addition, push-ups, squats, calf and quad raises. These are the "body weight strength & flexibility exercises" that I always cite. But a doing a complete Classical Stretch session is always good. It hits some muscles that I'm sure I'm missing.
