๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ cathygeha,! Sunday: 154.0 - Up .2 from last Sunday These last 4 lbs. are really holding on. I think itโs time to shake things up a bit. Hopefully I can make a change thatโs sustainable.

cathygeha, so great to see your perseverance pay off! Sunday, October 11: 126.4 - up 1.8 lbs. Is it water weight? Whatever, it's baaack. Also, I have to correct my 2 lb. loss for Saturday. I must have glanced at the wrong previous day. That loss was really 1.8 lbs.

๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ cathygeha ,! Sunday: 154.0 - Up .2 from last Sunday These last 4 lbs. are really holding on. I think itโs time to shake things up a bit. Hopefully I can make a change thatโs sustainable. What about some of these ideas:
* breakfast for dinner * don't repeat the same meal within 48 hours * increase protein * decrease carbs * if counting points then shake that up by having high point days followed by low point days...kind of like the wendie plan * exercise more or less and/or change the type of exercise you are doing * drink more water * cut out salty foods * change what you are eating * cut out processed foods * add in a treat every day * see yourself at or just below goal weight * start lifting weights * change eating plans (if doing one color of WW or one of the old plans of WW...do a different one for a few weeks)
There are ways to shake things up BUT if you are on a plateau or at a setpoint weight it may take time to shift the weight. It seems to be taking me forever and even longer when I hit some weights!

Monday: 153.4 - Down .6 Thank you for the suggestions cathygeha,. I was thinking that maybe I need to stay at the lower range of my points budget for a while. Weโll see how that goes. Iโve also asked Mr. Luvvinlife to use less salt when preparing our meals.

Monday weigh-in was 166, gained one pound, 6 pounds from goal, 4 pounds from weighing in free. Kids were home yesterday and we had some really good pizza and I had one chocolate chip cookie, worth the one pound gain especially eating and sharing the day with my kids! Back on plan today!๐

Monday, October 12: 125.6 - down 0.8 lb. A fine weight for me; still getting used to maintaining a bit higher. FYI, I'm 5'6-1/2 so anything 130 and below is good for me.

Monday, October 12:ย 125.6 - down 0.8 lb.ย A fine weight for me; still getting used to maintaining a bit higher.ย FYI, I'm 5'6-1/2 so anything 130 and below is good for me. I'm 5'3" and feel the same way. I don't feel healthy below 125 or over 129.9. Luckily when it spikes or dips I'm able to correct it by letting my body adjust.

ann1953, lani, I'm 5'2.5" to 5'3" and I like my evening weight to be between 125 and 128, morning weight over 119, under 123. My BMI is in the middle of the healthy range or a bit lower. Will have to weigh in at the Weight Watchers meeting tonight with my shoes on so I don't know how I'll do there.

bbbearsmom, Interesting that you and Lani weigh in twice a day. I do it in the a.m. only. Yes I heard that you need to weight in with shoes on. I will more than likely be giving up my lifetime membership as I'm not willing to travel 40 miles round trip to weight in. They closed all the smaller places around my neck of the woods. I have etools through 2015 and after that I guess I'll just wing it. I know lots of folks like the zoom meetings. Unfortunately that didn't cut it with me. At least I have this place to come to and do my 'weigh in' among friends. I thank you for that, Judy
