Yes, I always knew there were certain foods that I would never be willing to give up, so my whole dietary plan involves saving calories elsewhere so I can have what I love once a week. Well, and cheese every day. Thursday, October 15: 124.6 - up 0.2 lb. Three days a week under 125: that's all I ask, and I got it.

Friday October 16 up 1.1 and not fretting one bit. Much better weight for me @ 124.3. Still under where I'd like to be but whatever.

cathygeha, hurray! You just keep on rockin' it. Friday, October 16: 125 - up 0.4 lb. I've been "Perfectly On Plan" for nine days so this must be a new set point for me. I remember when I was in my 30s the lowest I got to was 126* for one day before a Caribbean vacation, during which I put on 11 lbs. in 10 days! It was the American plan, no lunch, so we were starving hogs by the time dinner time rolled around. What were we thinking? *I'm not counting UC illness related weight loss.

WI today, down 1.6, but I forgot to post last Friday and I was up a bit, so I'm now down past where I left off before a week of gain and a couple of maintaining WIs. I'll take it! Saturday, October 17: 124.8 - down 0.2 lb.
We are in a quandry about leftover pizza, as the rodent control guys are coming at 1:00 today. We usually start lunch at 11:30, but DH is unsure if we should. 'Cause they might need to come inside. These are the things I have to deal with with Mr. Lani, always overthinking. I have the same issue - we just overthink different things so just about every situation is covered.
