Today I take credit for attending my WW virtual meeting, tracking, weighing and measuring, doing my meditation, and keeping up with my online support groups. Gratitude for all of my online friends.

CREDIT: Stuck with it, moved more this week than last week, scale rewarded me
GRATITUDE: Friends on and off line, family afar, abundance, health, my ability to focus on weight/health during the pandemic, children that are willing to stay in touch

Credit: * Have lost seven pounds 5 to goal, 3 to weigh in free! This is really hard. * Joined two top coaches virtual meetings on plant based foods which inspired me to eat more plant based foods. * Resisted sugar foods all week. * Journaled everyday and used WW app to track foods.
Gratitude: * Thankful for the WW Plan. * All the wonderful ladies on the Pro Boards who post to share advice and help each other, including bbbearsmom and Deb!

Credits: Increasing my weekly minimum of exercise, making adjustments to allow for dining out, resisting pressure from food pushers, attending Virtual WW meeting after I missed the in-person workshop.
Gratitude for: Choices, autumn colors, beautiful weather, good health, my husband, online friends, lifelong friends.

Credit: Staying mostly positive despite the world around me.
Grateful: So much. The first thing that comes to mind: being able to stay relatively isolated during the pandemic, and not being affected financially, yet. DH was laid off due to the virus, but he has been trying to retire for years. Oh, and his unemployment claim went through without much fuss; not the case for so many here in California.
