GOALS:
* track * hydrate * stay positive * taking a day off (I think) from walking
ME TIME: * usual read to review * might have a soak in the tub or take a nap

Good Morning! My goals for the week are: * Track all food eaten in journal and on WW app everyday. * Honesty in recording amounts eaten. * Continue to read and post on Pro Boards and read threads subscribed to on Mayo Clinic app. * Move more. * Drink at least 6 cups water daily.
My me time: * Read. * Spend time with kids on beach, supper at condo, work on house, shopping and talking. * Watch some TV. * Afternoon nap.

cathygeha, Thanks for starting the thread. Any time you don't see the thread feel free to start it. Sometimes I just forget to post here in the evening. My main goal this week is to work on a paperwork project, other goals are to get to my WW live meeting next Monday, track, weigh and measure, meditate, and to keep up with my online support groups. My me-time is my computer, reading, puzzle, and meditation time.

Goals: already got a couple done - flu and Shingrix vaccination today. I want to keep having on-plan days like I did the previous week. Still trying for at least two days of cardio - hasn't happened yet. I did get my cardio in this morning.
Me-time does not change: reading, fun TV watching, exercise that I enjoy - which is anything not cardio, meditating, laughing at my cat. He hides under the bed and bursts out when Mr. Lani least expects it, making him (Mr. Lani) jump out of his skin. I swear the cat loves to freak him out.

Goals: Get back into posting daily here, and drink more water because it's another damn heatwave, AGAIN.
Me time: exercise (because it's good for me and if I call it me time that makes it something I should look forward to, right?!?), reading, TV, planning kitchen remodel final bits

mac, I am a bit of an amateur even though I’ve been doing it for 50+ years. I enjoy making hats, baby clothes, blankets, doilies, slippers, and scarves and sweaters. I knit too but not as often since it’s a bit more difficult to correct mistakes. I’m a slowpoke. I find it relaxing as long as I don’t have a deadline. When I do projects for charities I start early so that I can meet their deadlines.
