The exercise done this week was not every day but on days I did exercise it was either working in the kitchen or walking laps in the house while reading.

Exercise this week was very little as I have hip and leg pain so can't ride my air dyne which I love. Hope to get back to it soon. I did cook, shop, clean and work around house so did move some but not enough.

mac, hope you feel better soon. My exercise week - I see I didn't lift weights at all. I did have two sore arms for a few days with the flu and Shingrix vaccinations. I think I felt a bit tired for a couple of days too. Body weight strength & flexibility exercises - 7 days Cardio - 2 days, Tuesday and Friday (I finally got in more than one sesssion in a week - yay!) Abs - 1 day, Friday Classical Stretch - 1 day, Sunday

Working my way back to fitness, one activity at a time. Made a commitment to start moving this week: 2 swim, 2 spin, 4 walks, 9 holes golf
