Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week and give gratitude. You can also post about anything else you want.

* Tracking
* Moving more this week than last week * Staying positive
Gratitude:
* The ability to stay focused on my goals * The abundance from our garden * Our health * Online sources of support and as a means to stay connected * The pharmacist provided the two boxes of hyptertension medication I requested for the month and not just the one box he said he was allowed to give me
Other: Not much happening...the usual errands once a week, talks with family, hubby collected the carob pods so will take them to the factory probably this week and then Mounah will focus on the olive harvest and all that entails. Today I will make guava jam, tabouleh and eggplant dishes using produce from our garden.

Gratitude: So many friends connected via phone and email on Mr. Lani's b'day. Silver lining for the pandemic: folks are making an effort to reach out and re-connect.
