Today is the day we share our goals for the week and what we plan to do with our me-time. You can also post about anything else you want.

My main goal of the week, one that has some stresses in it, is to do my best to handle my stress and take care of myself. Also I plan to attend my WW meeting next week, track, weigh and measure, and keep up with my online support groups. My me-time is my computer and puzzle time.

Goals for the week: * Journal and complete WW app eveyday this week. * Move more, may ride air dyne 10 minutes a day. * Drink at least 6 cups of water a day. * Join WW Virtual Meetings as well as read and post on Pro Boards and Mayo Clinic app.
Me time: * Some programs on TV, also listen to easy listening music when not watching TV. * Computer. * Spend Sunday with my daughter.

bbbearsmom, way to plan for stress. Always better than denial. My goals: Get through another week. Not lie in bed at night worrying about the future. Me-time never changes: reading (I've been reading a lot poetry - it's helping), pet and play with cat, meditate, exercise.

lani, Lately I've been waking early with thoughts about what is going to happen in the day. So far the thoughts have been manageable. I think part of the problem is I've gotten away from meditating each day. Need to make an effort to get back to it. What would be even better is if I got back to some exercise too.

Goals: virtual WW meeting Tackle my to-do list Reign in some habits that I’m allowing to creep in (eating at the kitchen counter or on the way to the dining room table) Order some clothes Try a new dessert recipe (when I wouldn’t be in Mr. Luvvinlife’s way )
Me time: Listening to my play lists Reading Quiet space TV FaceTime with family
