Exercise this week: * Air dyne bike, 10 minutes one day, just started bike again. * Cleaned 1 1/2 hours this week. * Shopped three stores this week, 2 hours. * Cooking, 1 hour.

Body weight strength & flexibility exercises - 7 days Classical Stretch - 2 days, Monday and Tuesday Cardio, Urban Rebounder - 1 day, Thursday Heavy weights - 2 days, Saturday & Friday Abs - 1 day, Friday
I did some vacuuming - can't remember which day.

Pretty good week w exercise: 1 kayak 2 30 min spin/ 1 10 min arms 3 swim a little stretching
Happy to have found Covid friendly mask and procedure rules at the local high school pool.
