Today is the day we give ourselves credit and give gratitude. You can also post about anything else you want.

This week I got to a live WW meeting, tracked, weight and measured, participated in my online support groups, and did my meditation. I am grateful my husband and I are still healthy.

Credit: * Completed Journal and WW app daily. * Have lost weight through working the program, 6 pounds from goal of 160 and 4 pounds from weighing in free. * Rode air dyne bike one day as just getting started, hope to ride bike five days a week, 10 minutes for health reasons as well as migraine alternative for pain. * Started to get back on a daily schedule for mealtimes, exercise, sleep etc. which I haven't been doing. * Read and posted on internet threads.
Gratitude: * Grateful to have my daughters help and company one day a week. * I voted by mail so don't have to do the voting drama. * Keep in touch with my three kids weekly. * Grateful for Pro Boards and all the help Deb and Judy give us, thank you ladies! 👍

Credit: I've had at least 16 on plan days. I've been reading some poetry every night - very soothing. Keeping up with my daily exercises even though I am sometimes tempted to skip 'em.
Gratitude:
I'm going to give a shout out to Mr. Lani. He is such a good guy. We have a dear 26 year old friend who is basically the responsible one in her family. Her dad is a nice guy, but flakey; her mom is severly disabled with MS; her sister is another nice flake. The mom is beginning to lose it mentally and the family estate planning is non-existent, paperwork in general disorganized. The responsible daughter is worried and reached out to Mr. Lani. He got busy and researched organizations and people who could help. Spent a few hours on it. WTD my man! He is always there to help our younger friends. The blessing of not having your own kids, I guess. You have spare time and energy to help the non-family family.
