Where does a ghost go on vacation? Mali-boo.
Why don’t mummies take time off? They’re afraid to unwind.
What do you get when you cross a vampire and a snowman? Frostbite.
What do you call a witch’s garage? A broom closet.
What type of plants do well on all Hallow’s Eve? Bam-BOO!
What’s for Halloween dinner? Whatever you can scare up!

Not much on the agenda today. I am making a veggie pizza and salad to go with it. We did get our freeze. The sun is shining so I am hoping to see the blue moon tonight. Iggy is going out to blow some more leaves. I think I am coming down with a cold so I am not venturing far. That is probably why I had sinus face pain.
Becky, I hope it is warmer so the joints feel a little better.
Linda, I hope the vibrating AC is not annoying you.
Kathy, enjoy your beautiful weekend.
Denise, I hope you are not freezing your buns off up there.
Liz, I hope your feet are up. If not, I hope it is a lovely day for Wally walking and I hope Zoe is doing better. Wishing the best for your chef friend.

Thanks for the start, Chele. Cute ghost! LOL on the Halloween jokes. I hope you can fight off the germs and the cold won't happen. How's the sinus pain? I'm a little chest congested but it's probably just the weather change. I actually had to heat up the mattress pad last night. Enjoy your pizza and salad. Is it a homemade crust? I have a few pieces of leftover sushi that I'll pair with some sauted garlic zoodles, bay scallops, and a kale salad.
Becky, the right knee was the one you had surgery on, correct? Something is definitely not right for you to be having the pain and tightness you are experiencing. Has it eased a bit today? I guess if Abbott is trying to pull in more voters to help Trump, that's a lot better than some places where they are trying to discourage voters for fear they will vote for Biden. I am so disgusted with the attempts at voter suppression and intimidation that are going on right now. It's so un-American! "Covid interruptions" is a term I have also not heard before. Definitely a different way to look at things. Your low was lower than ours this morning (44) but we aren't going to get anywhere close to 70 today, so enjoy it. We'll be lucky to get out of the 50s.
Did you see the moon last night, Kathy? It was pretty impressive, even with it being not quite fuul. Enjoy your 80s this weekend. Enjoy your games today. The Clemson game is almost to the half and they could have their hands full. But the 2nd string freshman QB is doing well so far. Clemson D needs to step up a bit to keep BC out of the end zone. I think we should know our election results here same night as well. But, like you said, it won't be that way in a lot of states. I hope some people have enough patience to get through the next couple of weeks. Did you hear that WM is temporarily pulling guns and ammo from their shelves in anticipation of "unrest" over potential election results?
Linda, how did the champagne pair with the stew? Definitely celebrate the little things and you had a lot of them this week. Did you get the candy bagged up? Did Bob sleep better last night?
Hope you have a relaxing weekend, Liz, and get some nice walks in with your boy. How is Zoe doing on the higher dose?
Denise, enjoy your get together. Hope it's not too cold there. I saw a segment on Growing A Greener World this morning about community gardens in your city. I know you grow some of your own food, but do you have any community gardens close to you?
I changed the bed and did that laundry this morning. Somehow Arya detached the top sheet from the bottom of the bed so it was half unmade as it was. There is a loaf baking in the Zo as well. I also had some MG work that's done. Just watching football. No other plans. Happy All Hallow's Eve. Enjoy that full moon!

Chele, thanks for the spooky start. Love the ghost and the jokes! It's heading up into the 80s today and now they're saying we might get some rain tomorrow. Monday should be really nice and cool with a high of 72 and a low of 56. Oh no on the cold. Hope you're feeling better soon. Linda, I'm sure the kids will enjoy the candy. It should be okay if it's in the shade. This is our time of year coming up when we finally get a break from the heat! Karen, I didn't see the moon last night, but the one the night before was beautiful. I'll have to remember to look tonight. There won't be another blue moon until 2039. FSU is off today and UCF is on ESPN+. Our new phone plans have Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+, so I can watch. It looks like BC is giving Clemson a hard time. I'm surprised since their defense is usually so good. I saw that about WM and also that some stores in NYC are boarding up. Just saw that Sean Connery died. RIP 007.
Waving to everyone. Happy Halloween!!

Thanks for the start Chele. No candy corn for me.I would be in a sugar coma.Cute jokes. Our low was 33 but it got up to 78 so a nice day but evidently that's not what's causing the pain.I'm looking forward to the blue moon also.I hope you feel better soon.Enjoy your pizza and salad.
Linda Glad the vibration was fixed.
Karen Yes it's the right knee that was replaced. Also the left one hurts too so I will see what he says on Wed. No better today. If anything hurts more.I am just so ready for the election to be over with. I'm tired of seeing the ads for Wendy Davis and MJ Hegar(Texas races).Longhorns just won in overtime again. At least it was only one OT.
Waves to all.

I hope you all remembered to change your timepieces. Most of mine change automatically except the stove and microwave. I am not sure about the car. The moon was fabulous. It came up about 8 pm but it wasn’t blue. This morning it is high in the sky peeking in and out of fog making it seem eerie. Iggy blowed leaves and we put the garden hoses away. The lawn mower is in the shed and the snow blower is in the garage. We are almost ready for winter. We just have to get more “salt” for the driveway and sidewalks.
Linda, good thing most of the candy was taken. Do you have leftovers? The flowers sound so nice. We tore out the tomato plants yesterday. We now have a bowlful of green tomatoes.
Becky, I am sorry to hear that both knees remain painful. I know you get up and exercise but it can’t enjoyable. How is Kenneth doing? How is Scooter? Getting around okay? Congrats on the Longhorns win.
Kathy, I am envious of Disney+. They have a new series about The Right Stuff I would love to see. I am a sucker for astronaut shows and movies. We have a lot of astronauts from Ohio and the governor is campaigning to get the Space Force headquartered at Wright Patt. The Air Force’s 18th Intelligence Squadron was deactivated then activated as the 73rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Squadron [73 ISRS] and is stationed there.
Karen, the PF does not take kindly to concrete. It does okay at home on carpet and wood floors. It was not happy on the hard earth and grass yesterday, though. Your zoodles dish sounds delish minus the kale. That is one of superfoods I don’t care for along with quinoa. The pizza crust was not homemade this time. I had a frozen one from GFS I needed to use. I have two crusts I made in the freezer, so I will use one of those next time. We are having shrimp fettuccine today with olive oil and sautéed garlic, zucchini, mushrooms, eggplant and cherry tomatoes. I made the pasta in the bread machine with the recipe in the manual. I hooe the bed was warm enough last night and Arya didn’t pull out the sheet.
Denise, how was the Halloween party? Spooky? Did you see the big, bright moon? We are going to warm uo into the 60s next week. We may have put the lawn mower away prematurely.
Have a good Sunday.

I have a five gallon rose bush to plant today and a few alyssum and petunias ..going for 90 later.
great moon last night.
I remember being disappointed that the moon was not blue...name has odd origins. www.timeanddate.com/astronomy/moon/blue-moon.html
trying to remember what I used to think about early with coffee before political chaos and COVID took over my mind. Sad.
