Linda, good luck with Costco and all the boxes. We are limiting our excursions as well as rate of infection keeps increasing.
We went to Meijer for oysters because website said they has them in the seafood dept in another suburb. They not only did not have them (except in small, expensive containers), their seafood dept is closed during COVID. We are going to try the seafood specialty store tomorrow.
We had about 4 meals from the Chinese takeout. Iggy says it will be awhile before he wants it again. He was awake for 2 nights, he said, with his mind spinning out of control. I made him meatloaf and baked potato with carrot sticks and cucumber on the side. Right now he is snoozing in the recliner. I guess that did the trick.
It is another warm day. We may reach 80° again. Not happy about that.
I hope you are all having a good day. Becky, I hope the shot is kicking in some more. Karen, happy cleaning. Kathy, I can’t believe we were warmer than you yesterday. Denise, stay safe out there in the hospital. Liz, I hope the subway wasn’t too crowded and that all the celebratory crowds have dispersed.

Thanks for the start, Chele. Good thing you didn't wait til the last minute for those oysters. Good luck at the fish place. OH NO on Iggy's reaction to the Chinese food. I know you are really careful not to go to places that use MSG, so do you think it was too much oil in the cooking process? Back to comfort foods for him. Have you seen the ND celebration on the news today and that the university president said everyone WILL be tested? Good for him! Of course, he tested positive after Amy Coney Barrett's anouncement superspreader event at the WH, so I'm glad he's taking it seriously. Sorry your warm weather continues. We may get to 80 today and I would be fine with this weather year round. I would love to sit out on the deck for a while, but Arya tries to eat the bird seed that gets knocked onto the deck floor and won't listen when I tell her to stop.
Linda, what kind of seam allowance are you using on the masks? I'm surprised it made that much difference on the finished size. I have fabric laying out to make 3 masks this afternoon, puppy willing (she's clingy today). You do your work in the library and I do mine in the kitchen. It would be so much more convenient if I had a cutting table in the studio, but there's no room. We got well into the 70s yesterday, so it's amazing we were so much warmer than you. I was thinking yesterday about Christmas decorating. It seems every year I do a little less than the year before. Good luck at Costco. Wine boxes are awesome for books. I hope you can get an SUV full.
How are the knees, Becky Did you walk today? How is your weather? TN plays your Aggies this Saturday. Let's just say it's not going to be pretty (for us anyway--you will most likely be very happy). We probably won't even watch it. Have you seen that the Bidens have 2 German Shepherds that will be WH dogs? I have really missed having a WH dog.
Kathy, have you looked at the track for Eta? They are no longer predicting hurricane strength but isn't it predicted to come close to Tallahassee on the latest track at the NHC? That should eliminate the prospect of us getting any rain from it, but now it looks like you will. And there is another low with a 70% chance of development coming our way. Does FSU play at home this weekend?
Are your CV-19 numbers rising like some of the rest of ours, Denise? Is it affecting your hospital? Are you back at work tonight?
Liz, how was your weekend? How is Zoe? When do you have your final trip to the dentist?
Cleaning is done, towels and rugs are washed/dried/put away. Arya hasn't let me out of her sight today and making masks is a challenge with a dog under foot. We got another update from the wi-fi company that they are still trying to get service restored. They are either going to give us a credit or move our billing date (mighty decent of them🤦♀️). In the meantime, I figured out how to use my phone as a hotspot and it's working really well. I could probably stream with it if I really wanted to. I got a message from Verizon yesterday that our "unlimited" mobile hotspot actually has 15Gb of unmetered data and then they start to throttle, so that was a surprise. We also have a "dumb phone" on our plan that gets a data allowance we can't even use, so it really stinks that we are limited on the hotspot.

Chele, thanks for the start. That's frustrating on the seafood, so hope you do better at the seafood store. We're at 77 right now due to squally weather from Eta. They dropped the tropical storm warnings in Brevard County to the east of us, since they've been getting winds just under tropical storm strength. It's a messy day out there, but glad we're not getting anything too severe. Linda, that's a lot of boxes! Sounds like a good time to clean out. Karen, we've been getting squalls from Eta since last night. Once it moves farther west, out weather should clear up. It does look like it's aiming for Tallahassee right now, but our weather guessers are predicting that it goes farther west. Some of the spaghetti models even have it going to LA again, so I don't think they'll know until it gets into the Gulf. I think FSU is at NC State this weekend, so it shouldn't affect the game. I have that same 15GB restriction on Verizon. They call it unlimited, but it's really not. I don't usually even approach 15GB, but if I'm having internet problems, I use the phone as a hotspot. That reminds me that I haven't tried that out with the new phone.
Waving to Liz and Becky and hope you have a good Monday.

Thanks for the start Chele.Sorry about not finding oysters.I hope Iggy is feeling better. The left knee is some better but the right one really hurts. Our high was 85.Not happy about that either.
Linda I don't blame you for not wanting to go out with the rising cases.I think every state is getting bad.Good luck at Costco with the boxes.
Karen I'm icing the right knee now.I did the elliptical this morning since we were going to HEB.I think it aggravated it more.I hope the Aggies get to play. One player and one staff member tested positive for Covid after playing Carolina Saturday.I can't believe the Aggies are rated #5.I think Trump had some kind of dog but evidently not at the WH. I don't know.
Kathy Stay safe.We can't buy a drop of rain.
