It's our NOvember challenge! This challenge will help us FOCUS on saying NO--otherwise known as mindful eating. Being in the moment with planning ahead and when you get to decisions about foods that you had not planned for, focusing right at that moment and making a healthier decision for you. Even if you go ahead and eat whatever it is, at least you will know that you thought about it first and CHOSE to eat it. Mindful eating, we got this!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

I am not going to worry qbout eat ill till the day after Thanksgiving. Scott and I are ordering Chinese food Thanksgiving. The day before we are getting thanksgiving meals from our apartment which is giving everyone a meal to pick up/. Scott will pick up mine. I will zoom with my brother and my extended family,. I will try an/ Last year It did not work out. I will use my pclaptop this time not my apple3 computer. When I start the day after Thanksgiving Scotyt I will try to star WATP slowly for 5 minutes.

Amy, that sounds like enjoyable plans for Thanksgiving. Did you say Scott would be doing WATP with you? That would be really nice to have someone to exercise with.
My back seems to be improving. I'm trying 3/4 mile increments. Meanwhile our Thanksgiving plans have partly fallen though. Tim and Julie are not coming which means I won't be driving to Brooklyn to pick them up. Susan and I may still join Jeremy and kristina either on Sunday or maybe Thursday, although Jeremy is working monday thru friday next week.
