Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

I just ate my big meal -5 meals ater in day all Simoly filing except have 6 splenda and superfood vitamin for 1 point. each.It is amazing how you lose with simply filing. I have to nosbstart getting the 10K steps.

I am only going to have 2 WW shakes not 6 a day. Calcium in 2 shakes is 1200. But 6 sg=hakes was too much calcium. 1200 is on the high side but is acceptable Thus my calories went down. i still have 4 more good meals with 3 courses in each. peas nd tuna, fiber one, pumpkin. 6 times a day. Shakes twice a day.

1 shake and 1 diet cocoa is 900 calcium perfect. no more [pumkin and splenda. upped the fiber one . less calories and good tasting, so 3 cups peas 6 cups fiber one original 13,2 oz of tuna, 1 shake and 1 diet cocoa. 1 jello 6 meals. All simply filling except for the 1 point diet cocoa and vitamin 1 point. The tuna is more ex[ensive so no pumpkin which is too. I am using the little cans in water get so much more of than splitting a larger one. Most expensive thing I eat. I used to when younger eat a lot of fiber one original and stayed low weight for me Pumpkin I had to ut so much sp-lenda in cost 0rohibitive. Just finished last meal.
