S - Usual coffee B - Heirloom tomato tart over arugula w/evoo and lemon L - Taco soup with added spinach and jalapenos, Velveeta (forgot my yogurt!), 1/2 oz. baked chips D - Pizza topped with arugula w/balsamic glaze E - Body shred, extra walking with Lily

Brown rice 3.Did you include at least 2 dairy servings? yogurt 4.Did you include at least 2 tsp of healthy oils(oliveoil,canola,sunflower,safflower or flaxseed? olive oil 5.Did you include 1-2 servings of lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, soy products and lentils?
