π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us! ~ Dates for this challenge: Thursday October 15, 2020 through Saturday January 23, 2021 ~ and will hopefully help us get through more of the pandemic and achieve something we would like to accomplish as we move through the holidays into a new year. Further information about the challenge: Focused Intention Begins with a question/hypothesis Commitment to a goal Etc If you are interested here are a couple of websites to check out: www.gongfuacademy.com/100-day-gong.htmlwww.gongfuacademy.com/uploads/2/2/0/3/2203043/set_your_own_gong.pdfwww.theurbanmonk.com/gongs-intention-discipline-leading-to-life-mastery/And for the form you can fill in for 100 days: www.chilel.com/100daygong1a.jpg

- Tracking - but in my defense, I couldnβt have done too badly because Iβm still 1/2# under goal. For the day after Thanksgiving, Iβll take it. Today WILL be better!

Can't complain. Ate stuff I normally don't but knew that going in. Had breakfast & dinner only. Ate around 4:30 for our meal after working side by side with my husband preparing everything all day. We work well together and it was a lovely day. The forecast was dire but before we knew it the sun was shining. We opened up tons of windows which was a gift. We had 2 meats and had wanted to cook the turkey breast outside on the Weber but we feared we wouldn't be able to because of the rain storms and possible thunder and lightning. Boy, were they wrong, happily. Turkey went outside, ham stayed in. My husband spent 2 days on a make ahead gravy which we will be eliminating from the menu going forward. I doctored it but even with flour couldn't get it to the thickness I like or am used to. I'm usually the gravy maven and will resume my reign. Today will be spent making my batters for my holiday cookie baking. I hydrated, got my steps, slept well last night, anad food choices were fair. Did not track and the only fresh air I got was when I shook out 2 tablecloths. Hope everyone had a great day!
