It's our NOvember challenge! This challenge will help us FOCUS on saying NO--otherwise known as mindful eating. Being in the moment with planning ahead and when you get to decisions about foods that you had not planned for, focusing right at that moment and making a healthier decision for you. Even if you go ahead and eat whatever it is, at least you will know that you thought about it first and CHOSE to eat it. Mindful eating, we got this!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of November.

Good am. I lost 8 pounds I had gained. I have a plan. I shop tomorrow. with Russ. I feel good. I will have 4 or 5 tuna sandwiches. I will have 6 cups of grapes. I know I can lose weight.

I shared a pizza. today. I bought a digital rice cooker. it will drive Thursday.Tonight I got Whole Foods 5 packets of microwavable brown rice. It will last me till I get the rice cooker. I start tomorrow vegan. I go shopping tomorrow. I will buy more kidney beans and brown rice to cook in the rice maker. I have 5 packages of rice. 3 1/2 cups a day for 5 days. 1`.75 cups of kidney beans. I will eat 7 times a day. 1/2 cup rice and 1/4 cup lf. beans. I have some kidney beans. And 3 grapes. and have a vitamins for b 12.
