Brenda: My steps have been down lately and have not been exercising as hard as I usually do. I need to get myself back to moving more.

Hello, Kelly, way to go. I had a dentist appointment to get my new crown input. So glad that is over!!!! Tracked!! Lacking in water & steps. Today working in the morning, then going to pick up Addie for her last day of school, might stay to drive around and look at the lights with them. Happy Friday

I managed to gain exactly 2 pounds. I think I need to focus on something beside the scale. Lost 2 gain 2. It is as if I am on maintenance without making lifetime.
