The bed is stripped & the first load of laundry is washing. Think I'll do two loads today. Then I'll have a run to the store too. Not sure where all I'll go - probably WM & Aldi's. Wouldn't bother going at all but we are almost out of drinking water.
Tomorrow I have an appointment for the coradid artery test. Lab work is this week too. Hate getting out in this colder weather. Raynaud's has been acting up too. It's already worse then it's ever been & it hasn't been THAT cold.
Today I will start knitting on the Christmas stocking again. Time might be a little tight but I think it's still feasible I could get them both done by Christmas..... but I got to start!
Guess I better go set the squirrel trap. Trapping season will soon be over. Once the snow flies I'm done or maybe sooner. Then next spring I can start all over. I think it's a never ending battle.
Was just thinking about Rose Marie. I hope she will be back posting soon. If she's not posting because of her eye sight, we could all use a larger font & bold. That would be like large print books etc. Marm, do you know if she is reading the thread?

Good idea, Marlene, and we can go even larger than this. This morning I finished sewing together the knitted cat and dog I’ve been putting hours on. They are so cute that they keep me going on. I really would like to make one more, but I also have other things to do and make in less than a month that are also time consuming.
This morning I got a call about changing my eye exam appointment from Wednesday to tomorrow. No problem. Then Friday is my skin check appointment. I don’t expect problems with either, but then who knows with me as old as I am. I better try get busy and I see now it’s lunch time....... BBL

Busy morning. First thing was going to WM After getting everything unloaded I walked. After breakfast I picked up DH's prescription and went to the shopping mall. First time since the pandemic. It was just in and out at one store for what I needed. Then on to to the car dealership since the check tire light was on. All's good now. DGC are coming this afternoon to get our exercise bike. We never use it so since they will they may as well have it. They're all on WW since DS was diagnosed diabetic. DS has lost 22# and the rest of the family has done really well too. Nice they're all doing it to support DS They all needed to lose weight too so it's a win all the way around.
The overnight oatmeal was HORRIBLE! Everyone's tastes are different since our friends love it. I didn't like the taste of the vanilla almond milk for one thing and the other was the texture of the oatmeal. We both agreed we like our oatmeal cooked. I'll throw out the rest of the milk since I'm afraid using it in any recipe would alter the taste.

HI, back from pt,MAC'S,SAM'S AND MENARD'S.
thank you girls for the prayers. I doubt Dick will ever be 100%. just if can get him back to where he was on his 90th birthday. walking without a walker, his knees are so bad who knows.
here refused the nursing home ,think that is because his 2nd wife died there.
stepdaughter and dh built a house. even made sure there would be a room for Dick when he needed it.
can 't say for sure but if he had been either place they might have caught this before it go out of hand.
need to get my butt down to the sewing room and clean the place up. the furnace guy comes tomorrow. he can see the sewing area before going into the furnace/laundry room.. I have to put fabric away.pick up scraps, etc. Don will vacuum later. he will come between 8am and noon.Phyl.

Gareth, we used to buy almond milk all the time but somehow got away from doing that. We bought mostly the unflavored but dh sometimes bought the chocolate. We did like it. Neither of us really drinks milk so used in on cereal and whatever needed milk.
The wind is blasting here today. No one could walk in this. I was sitting in front of my very large window crocheting and usually see about three different groups of people walking but didn't see any today.

Marlene, That's what I was going to ask RM next if she was reading us? I don't think she is. But when I post to her I always use the Large Bold Print. I will ask her. So whatever sz. She needs we can do. I think fewer words to her would help to. I know when I had problems it helped. I would skip reading some words.
I'll send a post now.... Marm~~

Marlene*, I did write to RM and said you ask about if she's reading and can post and larger print and bold like I already do it all for her. So we will see. And she can even make things bigger on her own here to. My Raynaud's has worsened this summer. DH's has to. We're not looking forward to winter. Good luck w/the test.
Mary, Anxious to hear how your eye exam is. Something I admit is enjoying Crocheting the critters.
Gareth*, Congrats to DS and family for coming together on this Wgt. Loss. It would be fun w/all of them working together with it all. Well I take it you won't be making that 'O'N 'O again. Tsk,tsk.
Phyl*, Well you made your rounds. I did get to Target. Well no matter, I hope Dick gets to feeling as good as he can.
Ruth, It's nice your able to sit in the window and see if any walkers. Maybe the next time you can toss a line to them.
I am getting little jobs done I have let go. DH DR. appt. went well. Dr' is happy to hear DH has no pain. Dr. also talked highly of Chiro. But DH's other appt is good to. something different every time. Unreal reading all what is going on w/him and how well he's doing. I would never want his XRays sent to us. W/bulging disks/Arther and other things going on. DS was so sure of surgery. Not at all. DH is sticking w/treatments to. So that helps. Well I sorted clothes last night. But that's as far as that got. I bought an old Cheapy Plastic Shower Curtain. I already have a Rod up. And so now it's hanging behind the Shower Door's. We can use the curtain and and doors so I won't have to wipe the Doors down. I wish I had done this long ago. I'm getting lazy in my old age. I bet you didn't know that one. Ha,ha. Good TV tonight.
Sleep Well~~ Marm~~
