Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

GOOD MORNING BACXK TO 6 SHAKES A DAY. NEEDED IT EAWCH MEAL 2 oz tuna 1/2 cup peas 1cuo fiber ne original and 1 smoothie 6 times a day

Amy thanks for the start. WTG keeping the plan going.
Amy the Beach Body is part of 21 Day Fix. I don't know if you have seen the infomercial for it. It comes with containers that are different colors and according to your weight you get so many veggies, carbs, etc. a day. I think it is a lot like WW.
My niece is a Beach Body Coach.
Met my step goal yesterday. Will do the same today.

I think I get more calories on simpley fillng but yours is fortioned control less calories than mine

i hope not.I am just eating 4 cups of peas with 13.2 ounces of tuna and 6 shakes, I got too full. with the fiber one It lowers the calories.the tuna in the little cans is expensive. so that and peas will take all my money in the store each week.
