How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Does driving in rush hour traffic to and from Beirut count? I must have overworked my right foot hitting gas and brake so many times! Left at noon and not home till 6pm with only one short stop for groceries after picking up the lost luggage in Beirut. I hope tomorrow will be easier!
I have the cat on my lap and am wondering when my friend's husband will be in touch. She was here for the Christmas lunch on Wednesday and died yesterday - not a happy thing and I did the calling of her local friends. My Saturdays (pretty much dedicated in the afternoon to being with her) will never be the same.
Hopefully daughter and I will walk some tomorrow - hope so!

I am giving ya points for "foot flexion" driving with the crazies to Beirut. (honk honk). Oh my! so sorry about your friend. My wife's best friend ever from her yoga class had her husband pass away from ALS last Saturday surrounded by friends and family. It was just this last summer that my wife and I rode with both him and his wife on some nice wetland trails. My wife did see her at yoga yesterday but oh so sad as you might expect. She honored me using a poem I composed as the frontispiece for her recent writers' workshop book.
Yesterday I did (overdid is more like it) my hilly ride up to skyline in 38-ish deg. No snow/ice on road and only scanty patches in ditches and the woods. So 75' of biking (not counting several "pant breaks" which is unusual for me to take). Also walked 60' early.
