Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Good morning. After a horrible eating week last week, I am on it this week. We are going out to dinner tonight for my granddaughter Olivia's 9th birthday but it is a steak place so I can eat a healthy meal.

Great MO. I decided 2/3 cupels and 2.2 ounces of tuna each meal with a smoothie fills me u0. So I eat 6 meals like that and can spend all my money on three things and have enough.

I eat 214 calories at each meal except for the jello and vitamin.

i found a mile of Leslie Samson I like to do with no warm up. I did it once and will redo again. today It uses a lot of sidesteps my favorite. I got too full with more food at each meal,and it was like 48 points.

do not fee silly I upped my calories to 1604 with 6 pumpkin servings at each meal.0 points however.
