Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Sat -5 servings fruits&veggie

I didnt do too bad last night at Hoss's with my food choices. It was a very nice time with my son and his family.

Mo thanks for the start. Good to see you. Glad dinner was good. Wow 9 years old!
Debbie and Amy sounds like you both are doing good.
Past two days I met my goal, plus exceeded it by at least 3K
Maddie had her follow up appointment after her surgery yesterday and she is doing great!

Somehow it seems other people's children and grandchildren growing up makes me feel older but not my own?
Mo, glad you had a nice time!
Yay Maddie! Brenda I'm glad Maddie's surgery has been a success!
Brenda, You'll keep that weight going down!
Still feeling a bit achy from my fall on Saturday. My knee is particular is achy. But I'll still hit the gym for some aerobic exercise! I am also keeping the weight moving down!

Election night last night we went to the returns for my old alder somewhere she won her first time and then we went to the county and so dane democrats was the other results. Madison did good. But qw got home late so I woke up at 839 and am tired,

Brenda, just noticed that you are in ONEderland! WTG!!
I must really be out of it! I'm not feeling so great so I'm planning on going home after work and walking on my TM. I will make a brief stop of Wegman's for salad fixin's and refill for a prescription.
