YESTERDAY: walking while reading = two 20 minute sessions = 40 minutes 10 each wall pushups, squats and calf raises
Nothing yet today but I will do something...maybe dance instead of walk? Hmm...let you know tomorrow
BOB: Will you set up the stationary bike for indoors?

Cathy: I really don't have a place to set one up indoors. I did use a set-up outside on the deck one time or in the garage but not really a good option. I will probably switch to my other bike for outside and take the badly shifting one to my bike mechanic.
Rode 90' yesterday, 35' yoga.
