If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.

I am focusing on the positive since there is so much that I could focus on that is negative...why go THERE when I can listen to birds sing, eat healthy food, and read a good book while I walk?
klf722, I wonder how they determine who is next up for vaccinations and how they will ever get everyone vaccinated that wants to be. I wish you luck and do hope you can get your shot! My husband said there is a glitch on bringing in doses from the USA as the company wants a waiver to say that if there are problems here the company is not liable.
