If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.

Feeling better today. Yesterday I started out with just a headache & soreness in the L deltoid/arm but by the time I got home everything hurt especially all my joints and some muscles. I headed for the couch with pillows and a blanket and just slept. I took OTC meds for the aches & pain and though sore this morning I'm feeling much better. I will take the OTC meds throughout the day to avoid yesterday's experience. I looked it up too since I was concerned but unfortunately, or fortunately, what I experienced is considered normal. And I have to get another one! They already gave me that appointment 28 days from the first. I am not looking forward to repeating this experience. I got the Moderna.
Food was OK yesterday til I got home. I had no appetite at first and then I craved carbs. I normally don't eat bread and since after the holiday free for all I went back to eliminating gluten & dairy. So what did I eat last night? A bagel with butter and cream cheese and 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies I found in a gift tim in the dining room. I didn't track, hydration & sleep were decent, steps I think I made, I got fresh air, and food choices - well, it is what it is. TGIF!
