It is 330 and I just ate so hungry. I added a grain 3 cups of vics lite popcorn which is a serving of grain and my fat too.I was missing both. I am doing points because of the popcorn. 36 but only 1674.calories. When I do points I always do 36 as a base. After I finished eating. I will do WATP.I see my case manager will walk to Target and see her there..She get coffee and I bring a soda.My trust is going to ay for smoothies My brother bought them from Amazon and show his credit card statement to my trust in Wisconsin. I wonder when they will arrive. I have two weeks of them right now. So probably I have enough till they come.

Amy you are so good at planning ahead.
I did really well yesterday and am looking forward to planning better myself. I HAVE to. Our trip is coming up at the end of May and also my family reunion, plus the Dirty Girl s in July. I just need to feel better and I want to suit up for the hotel pool!

Mo I bought a large bathing suit I can wear in a pool.it hasn't come yet, I might have to wear a bra too I did not own a bathing suit before, I adjusted the shakes because I added popcorn for today and now on. 3 shakes a day and 3 cups of popcorn each one of the 6 at a meal. 1800 calcium grams this way. not 3600. I now have surely enough for four weeks if the shipment is that long to arrive

i think I can lose on 31 points a day. which I have with 3 not 6 shakes. I now have every food group. vegetables not fruit but a lot of two vegetables. I did my first WATP mile. t is the most favorite mile she ever offered. It is fast pace but I can do every step fast. I do this at least 2 times a day may increase it eventually. I have 5000 steps so far.I am glad I do not have to buy shakes myself. Helps the budget.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy!
Amy, I'm with the others, you are great at planning! Amy, do you buy a bag of popcorn or make it yourself? It's awesome you have a WATP that you enjoy so much!
Mo, WTG yesterday! You can do it again today! I'm like you, I have a trip coming although mine is a week later, first full week of June. I am working very hard to be in my regular shorts (and not the jumbo size one) by then.
Brenda, you'll get it back under, it's worth it! You're worth it!
Weather is really blah here too. Not feeling good but I am feeling better so I will hit the gym after work for weights and spinning class and at least 1 mile walk on the TM. I did do 3 miles on the TM at home yesterday.

My foot has improved so much recently but it does ache more on top of the foot in the arch area (which is where most of the surgery took place). The achiness is actually a good sign -it's replacing the numbness and tingliness that I've had nearly 8 months now since the surgery. My hope is that I'll be running by June at the latest so I have time to train for our local, annual women's 5K in August. SuSu and I missed it last year -one of the very few times we have since 2000 when Susan did her first 5K. Susan was just 8 years old then and because they didn't have an age group category for her, they found something to give her as an award -and ever since then they've included a "10 years and under" age group category.
Nudge, wink, hint, hint -if anyone wants to come to Syracuse for our annual Willow Bay Women's 5K run/walk, I have plenty of room for guests. It really is a nice race and so different from co-ed races! For one thing, people don't crowd the start line, instead everyone is so polite, encouraging others to move forward, lol! And then for the food afterwards, no one is greedy or pushy -those at the back of the pack have plenty of food waiting for them when they finish.
