Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Brenda- (2017) Do not feel self-conscious in bathing suits or shorts. You cant out a hold on life.

Good day. Today is Friday -Time for some self-appreciation. As April moves on we show more of our body. Put on that bathing suit or shorts and do not feel self conscious to the extent you spoil your fun. !!!

Sun -journal it Mon -OP day Tues -work those abs! Wed -at least 6 servings water Thurs -at least a serving of whole grains Fri -self appreciation Sat -5 servings fruits&veggie

I AM GOING TO BUY BANANAS TODAY. I needed to up my calories and my vegetables are fine. the 9 servings of peas give me 90 percent of the requirement. for vitamin C.

I love bananas!
I made it to the gym this morning for spinning class. I needed it! But I still need to swing by the gym for weight lifting sometime today!

Debbie hope you are feeling better today. If August wasn't so hot I would think about that 5K. What a nice thing they did for Susan on her first 5K.
Mo hope you are doing good.
Working the steps. I need to work the journal and getting in my fruit and veggies.

Russ is going to where I shop today. He goes shopping each Friday when he gets paid. . They have the best and cheapest.He is on vacation this week.
