Thank you ann1953. I guess I answered my question lani. I always weigh myself daily, but it’s the reporting that keeps me straight. Had I not posted the pounds I had gained I might have been tempted to ignore them with one of my ST’s like : “Oh, it wasn’t that bad. I can get them off next week.” 😊

New low weight...thought 171 was the low but 172 seems to have been and I didn't record it when it happened? Whatever...will take this NEW low!

Looks like everyone's down all around. Saturday, February 6: 122.2 - down 0.6 lb. Don't need to be lower than 123 - leftover pizza for lunch should do the trick.
