WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Hello. Good morning. It snowed a lot over night. luckily Russ and I shopped yesterday. I got 25 cans off Progresso lite creamy potato soup. I am having 5 cans a day. 17 points. K bought Crystal Light and Scott made some for me. He wants some 2. 96 ounces 2 32 ounce canisters. is 2 points and 60 calories. my tums are 40 calories., So I have 11100 calories. a day. I may add 150 calories and 5 points with a quaker pocket of high fiber cereal.

I saved a spot at WW next Saturday. I want to shop with Vanessa Tuesday because Wednesday night into Thursday a mother snow storm/
