Hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? BUT it's a short month, just 28 days, so turn those frowns upside down and let's challenge ourselves to exercise everyday for 28 days! You are already fabulous, let's get fit too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of February.

Good morning! It's Tuesday and today's daily challenge is arms! So grab some hand weights (or 1 pound cans of food) and do some arm exercises. You could bicep curls, tricep curls, overhead lifts, etc -or- if you prefer, go for pushups and/or tripcep dips! Building muscle kicks up your metabolism and helps with weight loss. And don't worry, you won't bulk up unless you have testosterone!
Daily Challenges:
Mon- 3x30 seconds planks
Tues- work those arms
Wed- 3x30 seconds crunches
Thur- work those arms
Fri- self appreciation day
Saturday- 3x30 seconds abs -you choose!
Sun- work those arms
EVERYDAY- walk 1 mile!
