Good Morning, Got my 2nd vaccine shot at work today. I was concerned there would be a line but I was in and out in 45 mins. I expect some soreness in my arm tomorrow. I think it would be helpful today to be exact on how much time I spend on some of the possibilities I have to be sure I get some of it done. Monday possibilities: Dr. appt. Get vaccine Spend 1/2 hr. on taxes Make 2 Valentine cards Lunch with co-worker Track all food Devotion Make breakfast and lunch for tomorrow Evening routine

Had a slight headache yesterday when I got home, most likely a side effect of the vaccine. Still lingering but was able to come to work. Going to try and get some things done today.
Tuesday possibilities Spend 1/2 hr. on taxes Make 2 Valentine cards Devotion Make breakfast and lunch for tomorrow Plan evening snacks before going home Work on retirement acct. Pick up rx Get gas Evening routine

Cathy - I hope you are feeling better today!
I thought I had posted yesterday, but I think my whole day was topsy turvy as I did things out of order. I did get groceries, sent some certified mail at the post office, and attempted to return an Amazon item (but was missing a code back home on my computer, oops!). Finally completed a bill payment online which I could NOT get to work the previous day. Did tai chi and online fitness walking classes. Did some laundry, yay! I did not do my evening meditation, which I guess was OK, I just fell asleep, LOL!
Tuesday possibilities: --abs and knees ✅ --Cardio Dance class ✅ --Circuit training (I skipped this yesterday) ✅ --reconcile bank acct. ✅ --fold laundry ✅ --decluttering x 15' ✅ --taxes x 15' --sync phone --evening routine ✅ --meditation ✅

Good morning. Yesterday was very busy at work so I never got to post. I'm home today for a dr. appt. Hoping he will have good news about my foot and I can get back into a regular shoe. Decided to take the rest of the day off and work on taxes, cards, and make fresh pasta that I am learning from my pasta class. Thursday possibilities Dr. appt. Shop for sauce ingredients Taxes Finish cards (I think my friends are used to getting them after the holiday) Devotion Declutter x 15 Track WW virtual meeting (if I have time) Evening routine

Good Afternoon! I seem to be on an every-other-day posting schedule, LOL! The whole evening yesterday was taken up by a Zoom meeting, our monthly computer club. It was fun chatting with people...but I do miss socializing in person!
Ooh, fresh pasta, yum! I love pasta but never tried making the pasta myself. I remember when I was very young, my grandma used to do that occasionally. She would hand crank the linguini on a contraption and it was very tender. One time she made gnocchi, but that was more of a hand-pressed thing and it was very dense.

Wow, I didn't get a chance to post yesterday and it's already 5:23 pm and I am just posting. I spent the day working on taxes and trying to make a meringue strawberry cream roulade. You bake a meringue (which I have never done) then put cream and strawberries in it and roll it. I have made a swiss roll one time in December when I made my first yule log so I thought I would give it a go. I had to throw out my first meringue because it was too dark on the outside and to raw on the inside. The second one looks better and is now chilling in the fridge. I'll let you know how it comes out. Wanted to make it for Valentines Day. My orecchiette pasta came out great. It took a lot longer than expected (which always happens) but shaping pasta by hand is very calming to me. My next try will be raviolis if I have time this week.
