💯 100 Day Challenge 💯 If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us! ~ Dates for this challenge: Saturday January 23 through Monday May 3, 2021 ~ and will hopefully help us get through more of the pandemic and achieve something we would like to accomplish as we move further into this year. 📱📒 Tracking every BLT on ITB ✔️ 🍅🍊🍍🍏🍆 Fruit/Veg - 5 servings a day ✔️ Scale:<171.6> 4th day
I am focusing on eating to the plan and tracking as I go. I was busy all morning with produce cleaning, prep and storage and have not had time to sit SO think I got in my exercise for the day. Have a review to write and a book or two to read then write reviews for...hopefully by tomorrow morning. I was up till 3...the book was that good

- I had pre-tracked but unfortunately didn’t stick to plan. - I think I forgot to post that I did meet my goal for my shoulder therapy exercises.
