Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Sat -5 servings fruits&veggie

Look at the fluctuation on my weight. I weighed 214.2 last Monday because Sunday night I ate ALOT of breadsticks and pizza. But I am back on track in a major way! My weight this morning is 208.2. I am very happy about that.
Brenda, congratulations on One-derland. I have a drs appt on April 20th. I have my thyroid checked again. I have been taking my med so hopefully all will be well. In any case, my goal is to get under 200 by then. WW says .5 to 2 pounds a week but I know that if I am diligent I can do much better than that and still eat healthy foods.

Deb, I would love to take you up on the WALK in August. I will have a talk with Jim. Would it be OK if he comes too and stays at your home? He just might even be good enough by then with his back to take part in the walk!

Deb, if you would rather not throw guys into the mix with Jim coming too, I understand and will not take it personally. I would come by myself but he is my driver lol. Anyway its ok if you would rather not include a guy.
