How do you keep yourself grounded and focused?

I talk to myself and make lists, lots of lists. I've learned to recognize when my anxiety gets in the way and upsets me and I'm usually able to walk myself back from that. I do counted breaths a lot.

I keep myself grounded and focused by: * Journaling and earning blue dots everyday on WW app. * Reading and posting on BBR. * WW virtual workshops really help me a lot to stay focused. * Breathing exercise everyday before getting out of bed for 5-10 minutes. * Riding air dyne when able to.

I stay grounded by: * Checking in with my sister daily via email...morning and evening at a minimum * Checking in with online groups like this one * Tracking EVERYTHING in my journal and on ITB
* Naked weighing every morning...keeps me honest and I get to see changes happening as it is near a BIG mirror * Writing the daily weight on a paper journal and also on a weight loss app

When is comes to my weight management journey I stay grounded by tracking, weighing and measuring, taking the time to have the right food in the house, and keeping up with my WW virtual meetings and my online support groups.
