Happy Saturday!
Just a short Howdy! Another busy day with chores, wildlife, garden watering and typed some things for my Sweetie. FYI: I don't feel the Voltarin really helped my knee anymore than occasional Advil, plus the 4 X a day rub-on was kind of annoying for the such a small payoff.
Yes, I Did... --eat light. --kept on my feet most of the day. --cooked a lovely rotisserie chicken, asparagus and a potato, onion, and pepper hash.
Hope you are enjoying your Weekend! Sweet Dreams.

Good Morning!! Love, light, blessings, love, light, blessings. Sunday. Wow.
Just a quick check in, way behind the curve on work deadlines. That should surprise no one. Yes I did: work on the downed tree limb in my yard. At least, got it all out of my neighbor's yard. Will work on it some later today. I am trying to let the sogginess dry out first. I also got in a nice walk in the park. Yes I can: gym, yard, much shorter walk (no water service in parks yet). Also waiting to do wash until I do not have to wade in mud to hang out. (hopefully tomorrow can be normal wash, grocery run).
Okay, be a grown up. Get dressed, check mail (and see if mail service has resumed), work . . . . love light blessings and good health, janet

Good Sunday afternoon, positive π₯π₯!
Janet - yay for horrible cold crazy weather subsiding for awhile! Yay for amenities like running water and, hopefully, mail delivery!
Jan - yay for lovely dinners and wildlife! Thanks for Voltarin eval. I have had two bouts of IT Band syndrome in the past few days...it presents as knee joint pain but on further study is related to contraction of IT band. Slow, careful walking and very gentle stretching seem to help, also keeping the leg straight while resting. Once it's relaxed to normal again, I feel pretty good! I'm looking into what might be causing the syndrome in the 1st place. It's more often seen in runners, and I don't run! But meanwhile, have had to resort to Ibuprofen...like to avoid that if possible.
Sally - keep on truckin', you'll see Nora soon!
Nat - hope all is well in your world.
Yes I DID: --enjoy my usual WW Zoom meetings yesterday, but still have to get to an actual studio to WI soon... --like having sweetie cook for a change! He made raisin bread french toast, yummy! --really, really enjoy the beautiful sunshine today and warm (32ΒΊ) weather...got out for a nice long walk enjoying the winter wonderland. Birdies are happy. Squirrels have been burrowing through snow to find those seeds and kernels of corn.
Yes I CAN: --work on taxes...get 'er done...
Be well!

Happy Sunday!
Janet: Glad your winter storm is over! Maybe this is a wake up call for your state and it's power grid. Hope your bill is not crazy high like some we've heard of.
Carol: Sorry about your injury. WTG getting your Sweetie to cook! Poor little burrowing squirrels...they are ready for Spring.
Had a very productive day yesterday. Made some headway into my cleaning out. Took a few things to donate. Today is a beautiful 76-degrees (sorry girls)! I saw a coastal Scrub Jay eating Earl's peanuts this morning, so I will put out more for both of them. The Jay was an intense dark blue and the first I've seen at my feed areas. Will get outside in that sunshine today, of course everything will need water, especially the pots. Planning a walk later with Sweetie-pie.
Tomorrow starts a Turn-the-Page Monday. REALLY have to get back to it. Motivation where are you???
Peace and Hugs,
Jan
