My usual list of goals: attend a Weight Watcher's virtual meeting, track, weigh and measure, keep the right foods in the house, and keep up with my online support groups. My me-time is my puzzle, computer, and reading time.

Hope to get back to normal life. No power for the past 3 days due to snow and ice storm. BRRR! FIngers crossed it is restored soon!

Weekly goals: * Journal and get blue dots on WW app everyday. * Ride bike 10 minutes, 5 days a week. * Join virtual WW classes everyday. * Read and post on BBR and Connect. * Strive to get seven hours of sleep a night. * Strive to drink 6 cups water daily.
Me time: * Complete weekly question for Story Worth. * Keep in touch with my kids, friends and neighbors. * Enjoy time on computer, watch TV and read. * Continue work on picture puzzle to get it done.

Goals:
* get to a new decade...if my body is willing (170.4 this morning) * hydrate * walk at least 140 minutes * track food * stay positive
Me Time: * the usual...reading, reviewing, in bed positive pep talks and gratitude thoughts.
