I haven't tracked or weighed in for weeks now. Feels like I'm wasting money.

When I started doing that - not tracking, overeating - several times over many years - I did cancel my membership. I've been an on and off WW member since 1971. I remember one of the last times before I quit I was weighing-in on site at a WW center diligently every week. But every week my weight was higher and higher. I finally asked myself what the point was of paying good money to gain weight, and I quit.
This last time that I returned, having gained all my weight back plus more, I knew right from the start that I had to do things differently. I started to read the maintenance board on the old WW message boards every day to see what people were doing to maintain. I read all that I could about what people who were successfully losing were doing too, and I learned a lot about behavioral and thinking issues.
I was absolutely committed to changing things up this last time, and it finally worked, as I've been maintaining for 10 years now. But I had to be ready, and understanding of the need to do that, before I could succeed.

quark12000!!! Nice to see you! Well, you obviously have a couple of choices, but I think you wouldn't be here asking if you didn't already know the answer. There is so much going on in the world right now it is easy to lose focus. BUT you did fantastic when you were doing WW. So even if you just stay with WW to maintain right now, it will be easier to "get back at the" when you are ready, instead of losing all of the progress you worked so hard for, plus even more if you quit and gain. Come back and join us and keep us updated on your progress, we will be here cheering you on 🤗
