Good morning
Well as you can see I did not have a good wi. I need to clean my kitchen up get rid of stuff. Did a little bit of stress eating. I did get out for some walks which was nice.
Nancy, did you get out for a walk?
Kelly, that was nice to write your patients sayings. It’s nice to know you’re not forgotten.

Brenda, sorry for the gain. That's a great step to clean the cabinets. I find I need to do that every once in awhile as I always bring in foods that I shouldn't.
I took a quick walk. It was still cold but the sky was blue!!
So the snow moon brought us some snow - we were expecting rain all day but right now its snowing. Looks like I'll take some time to check out the ww app and maybe do the kickstart class.

All is good here ladies. It will be almost 90 today and sunny. I had a good golf game yesterday-38 for 9 holes, all par 3 so 27 would be par My next goal is to be at GOAL (150) by March 25 when I plan to go to my next studio meeting. I do virtual every Monday with Sophie at 10:30. I like her. Now I need a STAR goal. My iphone battery is dying so I have to go to Best Buy today at 10:40 to get a new battery installed. Claudette so sorry about your friend. One of my friends has covid and her husband died with cardiac arrest due to Covid complications

Good morning. I hate to do it, but I'm posting in my GAIN ! I know, I know... This week has found me trying to handle some issues that have kept me at my computer all day rather than walking and with the stress, my glass of wine at night has not helped. Still down in the overall scheme of things and excited for whom ever took the greatest looser this week. Oh wait, there's also for the month too ehh...? I guess there's always March.

Sunrose: Good for you on the clean kitchen ... Hubby and I have different tastes so there's very little in my home that I can't resist (like Oreo's mmmmm)

So happy it is Saturday, I went for a quick walk yesterday. Really lifted my spirits. Despite all my good intentions I did no housework yesterday. So I am going to get too it especially since the weather is so yucky today.
Nancy, I love neighborhood walks, no such thing as no traffic Streets in Brooklyn. Anyway, I discovered neighborhoods that I had never travelled through during my walks. Staying the same is not bad. I have heard about the snow moon my kids camp WOHELO in Maine did a beautiful instagram about the moon.
Kelly. Love the quote. Such a thoughtful jester for the patients.
Brenda walking is such joy. It always cheers me up. Sorry, for the little gain.
