The scale is up I am within points on the Blue plan I am exercising more I have decided to weigh and measure the zero point protein and also perhaps track on MFP to see how I am doing. No idea if I am on a plateau or overeating BUT it is what it is and I am thankful to be where I am now rather than where I was a year ago!

I tracked on My Fitness Pal and am at 1231 calories On the blue plan I am at 19/23 daily points used I have accrued 33 activity points I have not used any of the weekly points
Today I tracked on both My Fitness Pal and on I Track Bites using the Sugar Smart zero-ing out foods on the zero-list.
I don't know if it is the Blue Plan that is the problem or if it is something else. I will double track awhile and see what happens. If it is a plateau then will just have to tough it out. I did realize today that being this weight is much better than what I weighed five years ago...the side by side photo is illuminating.

Always forget to check the pages and just now saw this page. cathygeha this is just personal experience, you do what works for you obviously, just sharing my journey. The whole SP saga (At least green and blue, I never did purple) is great for maintenance for ME, but not for losing <inserting another disclaimer> but ever since the inception of Smart Points I have seen people who absolutely know how to diet just stall out once they hit a certain point. (5 years ago? I think it was December 2015 when SP came out) For people that eat a certain way and have a certain metabolism it just isn't lowering the calories enough. Again just saying what I have seen across the internet, not just here. I know it has been going well for you and a few days isn't enough to see a true plateau so I say stick with it and see how it goes because I know this has worked well for you, but, don't be afraid to go a point or two below the 30 if you want to get the loss going again and even though I have always advocated eating all of your extras, I haven't been saying that since SP came out. For people with slower metabolisms there just isn't the wiggle room with the other versions (POINTS, PP) because the caloric variations with SP are just too wide spread. Good luck! * Love the side by side!

2/23:29 PP Thanks DebDoesWW. It’s amazing what a good hair stylist can do. I also don’t mind the red line. I just thought I would share in case anyone needed a work around.

DebDoesWW, Thank you for your words of wisdom. My sister has had excellent results with the Blue program so opted to give it a try. I did the MFP/ITB doing Blue today and will see how it goes. I told my sister I would give it a month and I did manage to break through to the 160's on it BUT think I may have to go back to the original Winning Points or even Exchanges to shift things OR take up marathon running. At 69 it is not as easy to shift the weight as it was in 1984 or 1998/9. That said, both those times I had less to lose.
I have taken off 33.6 pounds so far since May and feel much better in my skin so have a feeling the weight loss has slowed down considerably because...my body needs the break. I am sure it will lose again when it is ready BUT I will need to be more active and if not more active then eat less than I did the previous two times I made it to goal weight. So, I am in it for the long haul and know that I will play with the program from time to time.
After dieting for 37 years I know what needs to be done, know that my metabolism is slower, know that it will take more time and effort and know that it will be worth it. It is already worth it as I feel so much better in my skin than I did last May. Seeing the photos like the one I shared also reminds me of how much better I feel now than back then.
I will give blue another week and see how it goes.
I am not eating the 30 points that Sugar Smart said to eat but am using that program to tally Blue non-zero-food points. I have the app set manually to 23 dailies (rarely eat them all) and 28 weeklies. I will keep you posted on how it goes
