Hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? BUT it's a short month, just 28 days, so turn those frowns upside down and let's challenge ourselves to exercise everyday for 28 days! You are already fabulous, let's get fit too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of February. Daily Challenges: Mon- 3x30 seconds planks Tues- work those arms Wed- 3x30 seconds crunches Thur- work those arms Fri- self appreciation day Saturday- 3x30 seconds abs -you choose! Sun- work those arms EVERYDAY- walk 1 mile!

YESTERDAY I STAARETED DOING 2 HOURS A DAY AND 4 MILES. MY MILE ON TREADMI IS 30:45 I AM DOING IT 1.5 4 SEGMENTS OF 30:45 IS 4 MILES. I SET UP MY PEDOMETER.. I WEAR IT ON A LANYARD. Facing me. They said I did 1,3 miles ki n 30:45.2665 steps. 4 x 2665= 10660 steps. IRiught now I am making the whole wheat pasta in the microwave. I will go back to bed after I make it. yesterday with the pasta and hunts pasta sauce without added sugar I 8 cups dry which is 1680. The sauce 2 1/2 cups is 125 calories. tums 40 `11845 calorie.

1845 iws the calories I get it is a 31 minute mile. I get 90 calories a mile. the pedometer was not cleared by me so I dont k ow the steps or their mile I think 1845 is doable since the BMR cLCULATOR SAYS IF SEDENTARY EAT 1991, AT 200

I probably walked 45 seconds slow3er than yesterday the last segment.. I get 362 calories burned by the treadmill. 'but I dont know the weight they set that at. I am going to do that throughout the day,. I believe I will lose weight if I do 4 miles at 1.5 and walk 124 minutes. The pedometer will work for the last 3 segments.
