Hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? BUT it's a short month, just 28 days, so turn those frowns upside down and let's challenge ourselves to exercise everyday for 28 days! You are already fabulous, let's get fit too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of February.

EVERYDAY- walk 1 mile!

I have been doing....simply awful if you want to know the truth, but today is a new and better day.

hi Mo I have not been doing well either. I am eating 1545 calories 45. from 2 8 greens gummies which I am getting March 18 every month. I see my doctor today I am bringing her a letter from my insurance that denied me vegetarian meals on wheels and a research paper that say eating vegan is best for pre-diabetic people who are overweight. My 1545 calories are 53 points in green which I give myself. Which is absurd. I am going to WW Studio Saturday for the 8am class. I am off caffeine. I am drinking A & W diet rooter. I am walking 62 minutes in 2 segments on my treadmill at 1.5mph. I weigh 205 in shoes and clothes like WW. in underwear I weigh 202.
