Carol, I hope you had a nice birthday weekend! And I hope you had nice weather to go along with it! Good thing to own it and move forward, I'm with you!
Suzanne, I've got lots of great stuff for planters. I get small Rhododendrons, Bergenia, pink Heucheras, pussy willow, curly willow, Washington Geraniums, Pansys, Tulips, Ranunculus, yellow verigated ivy, Hyacinths, allysum, Hellabore, Cany Tuft, and a few new plants I've never seen. One is like a dainty daisy. I did my planters on Saturday since my contractor pushed me to today, and of course it's a crazy weather day. Predictions of 43 - 77 for temps, including sun and storms.
Pat, your Reiki sounds divine! I have to try it sometime. Is it mainly for stress relief? That health challenge sounds just like the Whole 30. Just good healthy whole foods. I need to stick to this also! I will try my best this week! luckily I've got lots of fresh produce and salmon.
affirmation - I am super duper productive! health goal - whole foods fitness challenge - a truck load of plants to lug and plant, then 30 min stretching and core work gratitude - warm weather! It's so refreshing!

Drat I had a nice long post about the value of Reiki and lost it. Will try to repeat it later. I got the most amazing journal this weekend! Here it is: No Goal Was Met Without A Little Sweat - it fits so well with our theme of Mind, Body & Spirit. It has daily affirmations, health and fitness reminders, space to write and smaller areas that touch on your gratitudes, nutrition and fitness goals. Daily Affirmation - Just for today I will live in the moment. The past is gone and cannot be changed; tomorrow has not happened and there is nothing to be gained by worrying about it. Fitness Report - my pi/yo PT and an outdoor walk! We saw lots of birds - geese, ducks, gulls, mockingbirds, osprey and got a close up view of a male cardinal singing. Health Goal - load up on veggies. Gratitude - a better attitude.

Good Morning, Angels: Lisa: thank you for getting things going this morning. Wow - that must be some large planter you did! The selection sounds breath-taking. I love Heuchera. I only own a few varieties but our local nursery keeps adding more. I wonder if the deer and rabbits eat them.
The weather today here is, again, glorious! It may get up to 80 degrees. May the sun fill me with strength and energy!
