π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! Yesterday was a good day-stayed OP with my eating and tracked everything.
The scale has been inching down .2 at a time but Iβm not complaining - my visual for that is a stick of butter. And it is going going in the right direction.

Nice visual ladyloser68! I like it! Busy day. Saw my brother & his wife after a year. They didn't gather during the pandemic and even now only a couple at a time, so we met for breakfast. It was great to catch up. Hydrated, meditated, and got a lot accomplished. My steps were nearly there and the scale is ok.
