Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

I am on antibiotic for pneumonia. I am relieved that I can fight an infection instead of people calling this a virus. I took 2 yesterday and take one today and the next 3 days I have less coughing right now. But I went to sleep about 8 so it is 4 1/2 hours later but slept yesterday too. I canceled a dentist appointment todayI have to drink fluids plenty since I had to get an iv for dehydration. luckily the physicians assistant saw my physician who told her to give me an iv and chest X-ray. i am glad I got an appointment.Suffice it to say I haven't got my steps in. I have hardly eaten up to what I should a day. I go foods shoping tomorrow. I think by then I will be able to. It is not a big shop this week. Any waif necessary I can ride in the store's cart. really needed that iv.I had such low blood pressure but after the iv I returned to normal for me which is really good anyway. All I have to get is peanut butter apples vics popcorn. jello and household goods.I am glad I saw the apartment at Oakwood West I got on waiting list for their section 8 apartments. 3 year wait. I m on section 8 here. But their apartment is smaller but better closets. smaller kitchen and storage space. so I would have to get a smaller desk smaller dresser hang my tv on the wall.They said I could bring my treadmill and the no utilities no cable to pay for..They said i could bring my refrigerator I own here.I would have to get a smaller twin bed instead of the couch sleeper I sleep on. But they have so many amenities. I have time to decide. Right now I have Target right here. But thee Ny times comes in the mailbox and the local state journal at your door. there. all buildings you can walk inside to. It is very pretty there. closer to footsore for Gateway. There is right near on th same side of the street a different credit Union I could change to. I would be closer to WW/ In good weather it would be a mile walk.

Amy so sorry you are sick. Take care of yourself and give your body time to heal before exercising. Sounds like you are doing that.

I took a cab to a local food store ti get healthy Life bread. I did not have anySo I took a cab but exhausted.

Amy, holy moly! I'm so glad you're finally getting the proper medical treatment! Definitely take it easy and not worry about your steps while you let the antibiotic do it's job!

Hi Brenda! WTG on meeting your step goals!
I didn't do anything yesterday, rats! Monday was so warm that after work I did a little work on my yard. I stepped funny in hole or something and I think I mildly sprained my ankle. I'm having trouble walking without pain although I think the biggest problem is that any of my supportive shoes (sneakers) are rubbing the area that I hurt. I know it's not a serious injury -no swelling or bruising, but I'm struggling with anything weight bearing. ARG!! Every time I get on a roll with my exercise, I get sick or hurt!

the last day of the antibiotic will be Saturday. Russ says he will drive me to WW to WI but then I will leave.

i am going to drink swiss miss diet cocoa for calcium3 of them give you 900 enough.They are cheaper then shakes. and less chemicals and 3 of them is less calories than one shake. And 3 of th4e swiss miss is 2 points like 1 shake.
