Good morning all! Lisa I'm loving your lotus avatar. Two hours seems like an awful long time to download photos to your computer. Have you run a clean disk lately? Don't know what the deal is, but I totally crashed and burned yesterday afternoon. Could barely drive home w/o falling asleep and then I took about 1.5 hour nap the minute I hit the door. ? what the heck was that all about? I've been sleeping so well since the Reiki. Oh well! Daily Affirmation - Today I will be kind to myself and live in each moment. Fitness Report - early a.m. pi/yo PT and a short lunch walk. Outdoors, hurrah! Health Goal - Nourish, hydrate, and if I need another power nap - just enjoy it, no guilt. Gratitude - Lovely weather! Good morning to Suzanne, Carol and anyone who joints us. β₯

It's been a cloudy day, 50-ish, but not bad for April. So nice to have longer daylight, too. I am so grateful for that!
Daily Affirmation - I treat my body and mind with love and respect
Fitness report - jazz dance, last class until May. We danced a snippet of Ann Miller's version of "Too Darn Hot", lots of fun. I love this class & signed up for next term.
Health Goal - Tune my Brain to my Body's true need for nourishment! Enough is enough!
Gratitude - so many choices....at least I have them
I'm struggling to get my head back into The Program...not sure why it's more difficult lately (i.e. the past few months) but the scale has not been kind. I've drifted to 8# above my target and warning bells are clangingπ. I, the numbers person, have not been able to make myself track. That is critical to my maintaining. I want to be better at keeping my promises to myself! That's my "goal" for this week: to keep my promises to myself about choosing healthy foods that are "worthy" and tracking themπ I seem to be better with "doing" activity than with choosing foods but have lapsed on tracking them all. I just spent a couple hours trying to fill in the huge holes in my activity spreadsheet pulling pieces of data from Fitbit, WW eTools, Expresso bike website and my posts on 3 message board threads. Nothing is complete....and I need to see the big picture. Then again, food intake tends to be much more important than exercise in the WL realm. So maybe I am being foolishly obsessiveπ
Oh well. One step at a time.
