Happy Monday, Louis - thanks for the start. Brenda - hi Virginia - welcome back.
Today started with body pump, abs and stretching. Then on to washing clothes, sewing and cleaning. Next activity was fun , friend that is walking the Camino with me went to the cathedral to get are first stamps of the journey. Not sure if we will get to start on Wednesday, weather is calling for rain Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Of course it is beautiful out today. Devvie

Good morning.
My app was being flaky yesterday and wouldn't let me back on. With no further intervention other than a few choice swear words, it's working again today. For now.

Louis you must have scared the app.
AJ went back to the classroom today. I'm not sure who was happier. I was able to get to the gym and grocery shop this morning. Off for a walk. BBL

Happy Tuesday, Louis - good to see you back, Vicki - that is great news. Gym time sounds amazing.
Today is girls beach day. The rain stayed away until I was back home. Lots of steps done and I bought slacks , top and some groceries. Then I got sewing done. Tired and resting now.

Good morning.
The last of my little circle of friends here has gotten their second shot, so I'm no longer a danger to people around me because I work in an office.
Still haven't worn the new boots yet.

Happy Thursday, Louis - why havenβt you worn the boots, they must be so cool. Yay on everyone getting a second shot.
I am still waiting for the shot notice, the 65 - 69 age group has been left for last it seems. Today started with a Les Mills swimmer workout and body step. Super fun workout. Then lunch with a friend and shopping. The weather is βοΈ so I made the best of it. Debbie

Good morning.
I don't think any country knows what it's doing with vaccinations, Debbie. We're getting to the point now where things are finally opening up to where if you want one, you can find one. But, in Canada, it's a hot mess.
Getting my hair cut tomorrow. That's about all the excitement I can handle this weekend.

Happy Friday. Louis - the US seems to be doing great. A haircut is very exciting. Sleep well tonight.
Today I did body pump and abs. Then dear friend came over, it is so wonderful that a friend can come visit. Only one at a time , of course. Then shopping for the last items needed to walk the Camino. We think the weather might be good enough to start the walk next Wednesday. The weather was great today. I hope everyone is going to have a great weekend. Debbie

Hello,
I hope that everyone has had a good Saturday. Thanks for starting us, Debbie.
Lou, I would agree with you that the vaccine is readily available to a lot of the US. DSis had some trouble finding a spot near her but when she expanded her search out to include locations 30 - 45 minutes away she got lucky. She and DBIL got their first shots this week. Around our area it's fairly easy to book an appointment as soon as the next day at the locations that are vaccinating hundreds per day. Hooray for the friends all being vaccinated. And, yay for the haircut!
Brenda, I hope that you are doing well.
Debbie, thanks for the welcome. As always, it was wonderful to get to travel and it is great to be back home. I am planning another trip for September, DS#2 may get to come along for DGD#2's birthday celebration. I hope that all goes well with the Camino trip. I got to see Linda yesterday! We had a belated birthday luncheon for a coworker/friend and Linda was in town for a few days so she got to celebrate with us. I think it's been two years since I have seen her in person.
Vicki, I bet you did a happy dance with AJ when quarantine ended! It's great that he stayed well. It's amazing how good it can feel to go outa and do things like grocery shopping, gym workouts and just simple errands.
Yesterday evening, DH, DS#2 and I went to DNiece's newly purchased house. She and her DH took possession of it while I was in FL. They have done quite a bit already to make it their own. They had a couple of workdays before they moved in. It's a nice starter home in a neighborhood with lots of families. They are still working on painting the rooms that they aren't using as much but the living room, master suite and kitchen all have a fresh coat of paint. DNiece painted the kitchen cabinets and her DH and FIL installed new kitchen flooring. It looks updated and clean and bright. I'm happy that they were able to find something in this crazy real estate market.
Today I met a group of friends for an early morning walk. We cut our walk short at five miles because of rain. It was a nice outing. I have been doing some laundry and housework. DSis is coming for a visit in a couple of weeks. DNephew's HS graduation party and 18th birthday are going to happen that weekend. She's staying with us for this trip. We need houseguests more often, lol. It makes me step up my game with keeping the spare bedroom in shape. It's the room where I store and wrap gifts and pack for trips, so it isn't always the neatest. Now that DSis' stuff is out of the attic the luggage is going back up there.
Time for me to get tucked in for some zzzzzzs soon. Waving hi to Lori, hope to see you check in soon (says the person who can manage to post only once most weeks, lol)
Good night, Ginia

Good morning.
Our guest room isn't really meant to comfortably house guests - especially since we only have the one bathroom. I'd say an overnight transient at best. Otherwise, we have a Doubletree nearby that we'd recommend.

Happy Sunday, Virginia- Linda in person, so exciting! Trip planning is the best it makes it seems like the world is normal. Are you going to try to make it to Europe? The guest room is ready. Louis - a hotel is always a good option.
Today was been all about chores then a nice walk with Ted.
Hi Vicki and Lori. Debbie
