It’s April the month of asparagus and strawberries, let's challenge ourselves to eat more vegetables and fruit. A great place to start -at least 5 fruits&veggies everyday! And don't forget at least 30 minutes of exercise too
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

Hello everybody! Thanks for starting us today Amy and for yesterday Mo!
I seem to be having odd problems with my work laptop today, bother!
Mo, good for you, biting the bullet and going to the doctor! I need to do that but maybe after I at least get down to the next decade (189)? Glad you're feeling MOtivated!
Amy, hope the purple plan works out for you!
Waving Hi! to Brenda!
NSV here! I went to the gym yesterday and did a spinning class -and didn't pass out, lol! It's my first time to the gym since covid19 started. Later Susan and I went for a two mile walk on the towpath. I'm hoping we go again today but first need to wait for the wave of storms on the radar that'll soon be passing through here.
