Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Good day. Today is Thursday - Today's daily challenge is to get in at least a serving of whole grains!!!

I am eating Healthy life equivalent to 4 whole grain portions. now. I love Healthy life because 8 slices equals 4 whole grains. I found 8 slices of bread a day and 8 tablespoons of peanut butter is easier to go down right now. I eat a gelatin. And 3 portions of swiss miss diet cocoa. It is 37 points but 1145 calories. Eventually I will add fruit. But I am shopping for light things to carry today, In 12 days I start shopping Tuesdaysand I will buy fruit.

I woke up with a cough but ia took my morning asthma medication and it is better. I will see if I am up to WWATP yet?

I did a mile of watt but exhausted.Will try later.i got 2000 steps more than I got i a week.

I managed to figure out 12 healthy life q day qn 6 slicew 6 table spoons ion peanut butter nd 3 tuna sandwiches,That its 30 grams of fiber and 444 grams of protein

i did 2 miles of WATP hours a part eacand I got it.h mile.Exhausted but happy I had the energy since Monday and third day of antibiotics that I could Saturday is the last day of antibiotics.i already have 6000 steps.My goal is to do that mile twice.woodmans the store is a lot of walking i M UP TO THWTB TODAAY.i am glad I added 3 little cans of tuna in water.

Hi Amy! Thanks for starting us! Hope you can soon do WATP with being exhausted! You gotta take care of yourself, pneumonia is serious!
I found I could exercise on my gazelle at home and that doesn't bother my injured ankle. I did 30 minutes last night and hope to way more today! My ankle felt pretty good this morning until I put my shoes on -the shoes rub exactly on the spot that is injured. That's frustrating cuz I need to wear shoes to exercise!
We're getting together tomorrow at my house to celebrate Easter so I'm taking tomorrow off. I have so much to do!
